Doing some brainstorming on improving onboarding for CityDAO today. This is perhaps a random question but curious your take: What do you find most exciting about CityDAO? Best case scenario: where do you think it can go say, 3 years from now?

I love the idea of having some kind of decentralized decision making for urban planning/design. Best case scenario Vitalik starts to financially support the project and the whole state of Wyoming become a hub for private decentralized cities 😆

I think CityDao's main premise is giving a fractional piece of the pie in real state to members without big capital nor credit being involved. I think that sounds attractive to newer members and non-crypto savy.

I see City Dao being a hub for other Daos to host events, create on-chain offices, headquarters for startup companies, etc. where they wouldn't need to buy an Airbnb or rely on expensive hotels.

Events such as NFTCon & DefiCon could be hosted on a City Dao area

Moreover, what I also think could be a great idea is laying out a map of future developments through a City Dao hackathon to allow members & Defi projects build roll-outs for new City ecosystems

Have it updated once a while on the website to show new developments

Like new charity centers for example

Also, being part of a business consortium would make tokenization widespread

For instance; you meet with a local business that wants to expand into a franchise or open another business spot in another area. You can offer to be a broker to them and make a City Dao NFT off that new spot & give a percentage of secondary sales.
